Be Capy aims to collect as little data as possible. At this stage, the site uses technical data needed to operate and a cookie that stores the selected interface language.

We do not ask users to enter their name, medical information, diagnoses, or other sensitive data.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, requested URL, and request time may be processed by hosting and server infrastructure to display the site, maintain security, and diagnose errors.

The `locale` cookie: used to remember the selected interface language. This is a functional site preference.

Exercise or check-in data, if stored only in the user’s browser, is not sent to us as personal data unless server storage or accounts are added later.
